Spokoina Mama's story

From idea to a paying products and services business.

Spokoina Mama helps pregnant women and new mothers prepare for motherhood. Before this project, there was no product to sell and no site built to sell it.

What we built

A website and learning platform to support a 5-week online course for expecting mothers, including weekly live sessions with postpartum specialists. The platform gives students a place to watch their course content and access ongoing services from the team, not just a one-time purchase page.

The automated journey

Visitor navigates the website

Browses the course pages, sees what's included, and decides to buy.

Visitor buys through Stripe

One-click checkout, no manual invoicing or back-and-forth.

Account created automatically

Instant access — no one on the team has to set it up by hand.

Onboarding email sequence kicks in

Right after purchase, the student lands in the email platform's sequence, walking them through getting started with the course.

Active, oriented student

No manual setup, no one on the team chasing down new students to get them oriented.

How we got there

We started with research, not assumptions — over 100 conversations with the target audience to shape what the course actually needed to be and how to talk about it. That research fed directly into the site's structure, messaging, and conversion flow, then into the automated system that turns a purchase into an onboarded, active student.

Why it worked

The site wasn't a static brochure. It handled the full path from purchase to onboarding on its own, freeing the team to focus on delivering the course instead of managing logistics — the same standard I hold for every website project.
