The project
Kapro Me is a talent and influencer agency connecting brands with creators. We built them two things: a public website, and Kapro Me Hub, an internal platform to run day-to-day operations.

The site presents Kapro Me as a professional, trustworthy agency, fast, modern, and working well on every device. It lays out services clearly, including talent management, influencer campaigns, and brand partnerships, while showcasing the creators the agency represents and an agency case study page.

- Clear calls to action and a simple contact flow turn visitors into enquiries. Performance and security were a focus throughout, with quick load times, optimized images, and a locked-down setup.
Kapro Me Hub: the internal platform
Alongside the site, we built a private platform for the Kapro Me team and their talents, replacing scattered emails and spreadsheets with one system.
- Manage the talent roster and onboard new creators through a guided questionnaire.
- Create, approve, and send offers and campaign proposals to talents by email.
- Track partnerships, with talents able to accept or decline directly.
- Build shareable shortlists of talents for brand campaigns, with follower numbers that update automatically.
- Keep talent content and files organized in one place.
The result
Kapro Me now has a public face that brings in enquiries from both brands and talent. Behind it, the Hub cuts manual work, speeds up how offers get pitched and closed, and gives the agency a more professional experience with everyone it works with.
